Marriage Celebrant Cost
On average, the cost of hiring a marriage celebrant is between $300 to $500 for basic weddings and can go up to $800 for large weddings. The cost of the service includes things such as legal documentation, official marriage certificate, commemorative certificate, etc.
For me, below is my pricing options along with features you will get for each package:
Simple / basic wedding or elopement

- • All legal documentation from start to finish
- • Conducting Simple/Basic/No Frills ceremony at a local easy/non remote location
- • Commemorative Certificate
- • Lodging of Marriage within 24 hours after ceremony is conducted
- • Application for Official Marriage Certificate from Births Deaths and Marriages (separate fee)
- • Letter of Intent to Marriage for immigration purposes (if required)
Small/large wedding or Micro Wedding

Official Marriage Certificate fee will be an extra $90.00

- • Initial face to face meeting with couple to discuss ceremony at my location in Salt Ash NSW or via Whatsapp Video call
- • Writing your script for the ceremony
- • Assistance with Personal Vows/Words
- • Regular communication when required with run through and preparation of ceremony
- • Conducting ceremony at a location of your choice
- • Supply of PA System, Microphone, Music of your choice and Signing Table (if required)
- •Commemorative Certificate
- • Copy of Script of your ceremony
- • Lodging of Marriage within 24 hours after ceremony is conducted
- • Application for Official Marriage Certificate from Births Deaths and Marriages (separate fee)

Commitment Ceremony/Vow Renewals Ceremony

- • Initial face to face meeting with couple to discuss ceremony at my location in Salt Ash NSW or via Whatsapp Video call
- • Writing your script for the ceremony
- • Assistance with Personal Vows/Words
- • Regular communication when required with run through and preparation of ceremony
- • Conducting ceremony at a location of your choice
- • Supply of PA System, Microphone, Music of your choice and Signing Table (if required)
- • Commemorative Certificate
- • Copy of Script of your ceremony
Payment Conditions
- $100.00 to be paid of initial booking and agreement to use my service so date of proposed ceremony can be locked in and to start the legal process.
- Balance to be paid no later than 48 hours before ceremony and funds showing in my account.
- Cancelation fee of $100.00 of change of date (case by case basis)
- Additional fee of change of venue, location and time.
- Additional fee will be applied for ceremonies starting time of after 5pm. Fee will depend on time of evening ceremony starts. Case by case basis.
- Additional fee may apply with ceremonies on Public Holidays. Case by case basis.
I even offer my own Ceremony Package at my property in Salt Ash NSW, which includes the venue for up to 20 guests, chairs, arch, runner, signing table, champagne and more for only $700.00. Call me for more info on this great package.
An Extra fee will apply if the distance to your ceremony is more than 50km from Salt Ash NSW 2318. The extra fee will depend on the distance involved (case by case basis).
